Doses:
3gm-6gm twice a day with water or garlic decoction or as directed by ayurvedic physician
Indication
According to the principles of Ayurveda, health problems often result from imbalances in the three doshas. Avipattikar is often used to treat imbalances in the dosha known as pitta and, in turn, promote healing from the following health conditions:
– Gastritis
– Anorexia
– Indigestion
– Constipation
– Gastric ulcer
-Hyper acidity
-Arsha

-It is beneficial in treating digestive problems including diarrhea, constipation, gastritis, heartburn, indigestion and ulcers.
Side Effects
The excess dosage can cause following side effects
-Stomach pain
-Abdominal cramps
-Diarrhea (loose stools)
-Avipattikar Churna should not be used in pregnancy. However, it is
safe in breastfeeding.
